The holidays came and went so quickly, I never managed to share a couple pieces of holiday cheer. Above are gingerbread houses that were made at a children's hospital where I have been volunteering occasionally. Working on the houses with the kids was a ton of fun, and it gave me the satisfaction of helping someone that is the best kind of holiday cheer you can hope for. Below is a shot of a car parked on the streets of Brooklyn decked out with a pair of plush antlers. I'd initially thought this might be some kind of DIY project, but then I saw them on a second car in California when I was visiting my folks. Either way, they made me laugh out loud when I saw them.
