How good does French toast made from zucchini bread sound? Pretty good, right? I normally eat a very virtuous breakfast of plain yogurt, fruit and just a bit of granola, but this recipe for Zucchini Bread French Toast from The New York Times (adapted from Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez at Print Restaurant) has me plotting a decadent Saturday morning meal -- and maybe a ten-mile run to work it off.
