Mixed Paellea recipe from Saveur and a seafood paella recipe from The Gourmet Cookbook. I'll use a combo of vegetable broth and shellfish stock, and I'll plan to cook the chorizo and chicken in separate pans. Then I'll separate out a fish-only portion for our vegetarian.
